Lead facility operations and compliance efforts for a drug and alcohol treatment center serving clients along the continuum of care.
Oversee clinical, front-line, and admin staff; ensure a positive client and employee experience.
Day-To-Day:
Cross-functional collaboration With upper management; continuous reporting of program health With medical director, clinical director, nurse, and staff Ensure detox protocol compliance with nursing staff Staff and client supervision Programming Monthly on-sites (all shifts/peer support) for effectiveness Conduct required staff meetings and trainings Planning, development, and implementation Evaluation and reporting Referral/Networking Compliance County, state, Medi-Cal, and other local agencies Remain abreast of emerging trends Charting and other records Documentation Frequent reporting to upper management Remain prepared for EMR audits Maintain staff records
Qualifications:
Education:
MA degree License/Certification:
RADT, CDAC Knowledge:
ASAM, HIPAA Federal, state and local laws, rules, regulations and standards governing all services
Experience:
Five years in a relevant industry Three years in a supervisory role Job Type:
