Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests.
Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
Clean entire grounds of trash and cigarette butts.
Run laundry and empty housekeepers' trash.
Clean lobby, exterior windows, hallways, walkways, railings, stairwells, pool furniture, ice and vending machines.
Maintain cleanliness of dumpster areas, sand urns, exterior light fixtures, public benches, exterior of guest room doors.
Shampoo carpets as assigned.
Turn mattresses as assigned.
Clean guestroom sliding glass doors as assigned.
Report any missing/found articles, or damage to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Assist maintenance department with basic repairs (plumbing, carpentry).
Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
Deliver DKN's Home Away From Home experience Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of the position at any time.
Supervisory Responsibility:
None Independent Judgment Used:
Only within the guidelines established by management and to the extent of operating within DKN Hotels' policies and procedures.
Working Conditions/Environment:
Entire exterior of property, lobby, laundry room and guest rooms.
Access to entire exterior and interior of property.
Use of approved cleaning agents.

Funciones esenciales y responsabilidades del trabajo incluido pero no limitado:
Mantener un comportamiento amable, alegre y cortes cada momento mientras brinda un servicio personalizado a todos los hu spedes.
Comunicar efectivamente con el cliente y compa eros de trabajo.
Limpiar todo el terreno de basura y colillas de cigarrillos.
Hacer lavander a y quitar basuras del departamento de housekeeping.
Limpiar la recepci n, ventanas por fuera, pasillos, barandal de escaleras, muebles de alberca y m quinas de hielo.
Mantener el rea limpia del basurero, luces exteriores, urnas de arena, bancas p blicas y las puertas de los cuartos limpias por fuera.
Limpieza de carpetas cuando se asigna.
Voltear colchones cuando se asigna.
Reportar si encuentra cosas personales de los clientes y entregarlas a su supervisor.
Proveer asistencia a los compa eros de trabajo y al departamento que necesite ayuda para contribuir al mejor desempe o general del departamento y del hotel.
Realizar otras tareas asignadas, solicitadas o consideradas necesarias por la gerencia.
La gerencia agrega la discreci n de agregar o cambiar los deberes del puesto en cualquier momento.
