Serve as an assistant to The Berhe Group, Inc.
administration, management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the business office and carry out HR functions and support.
Negotiable Full-Time Work closely with the CEO/Administrator, CCO, and staff to facilitate smooth operations and a successful program.
Provide HR support in policy and process interpretation, employee relations, employee engagement, change management, and process improvement.
Coordinate the interview process between the hiring panel and candidates; Conduct the onboarding and orientation of new hires.
Maintain and report the timesheets of all employees; monitor employee vacation and sick days using Excel.
Attend in-service training to report activities and attendance and monitor and update the employee training database.
Set up and maintain office files and employee records to meet licensing/accreditation requirements.
Receive, screen, and direct telephone calls; make proper referrals, including answering company policy, practice, and procedure questions.
Responsible for procurement, maintenance, and operation of all office equipment, including copiers, telephone systems, facsimile machines, etc.
Organize and maintain files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by the executive team.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and events.
Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties.
Act as a liaison and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
Assist in the coordination and implementation of special projects or initiatives.
Act as a point of contact and represent the executive when necessary.
Coordinate and manage executive team meeting logistics, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items.
Provide general administrative support, such as ordering office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Keep up to date with industry trends, developments, and best practices related to executive support.
Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Bachelor's Degree:
Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields preferred Minimum of (2) years' work experience in an office environment as an office assistant, executive secretary, administrative or executive assistant for middle to executive-level managers Excellent organizational skills and exhibit the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects Robust and accurate data-entry and typing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional phone etiquette Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Google Drive Familiarity with using essential office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, and scanners Excellent verbal and written communication skills Analytical problem-solver with excellent administrative skills; Well-developed interpersonal skills; direct in communication, possessing tact and professionalism Job Types:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
