Certified Bilingual (Spanish & English) Proficient in English and Spanish usage, spelling, grammar, vocabulary, and punctuation Ability to understand, interpret, and translate oral and written information in English and Spanish Basic computer skills with advanced typing speed and accuracy Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Proof election materials for accuracy Verify that election selection codes accurately display the correct ballot Perform ballot tabulation logic testing Typesetting and proofing all election material Update workflow database Maintain filing system for Voter Information Guide documents Communicate with internal and external customers PLEASE NOTE:
This position requires mandatory overtime, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
