A MINIMUM OF 6MONTHS TO 1 YEAR HOTEL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Weekend and Graveyard is a MUST.

Maintain regular attendance in compliance with hotel policies scheduling may vary according to the needs of the hotel Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper business attire and name tag when working Possess a working knowledge of the reservations department Comply at all times with hotel and franchise standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations Maintain the inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments Answer phones, make reservations, communicate reservation policies with guests Know room locations, types of rooms available and room rates Register guests, assign rooms, and assist guests as needed Manage and resolve guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor Perform other duties as assigned The following reflects the essential duties for this job, however, does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

Able to work with little supervision, making good decisions and able to handle any emergencies if they arise Keep immediate supervisors fully informed of all challenges or matters requiring his/her attention Keeping the office area and lobby area clean and maintain at all times.
