Responsibilities Typical Practice Hours:
Monday-Thursday, 1/2 Day on Fridays Oversee Day-to-Day Operations Maintain High Quality of Patient Experience Manage Medical and Administrative Staff (including a billing manager) Collaborate with Practice Owner in Management of Practice Finances including Revenue, Expenses and Budgeting Work with Leadership and Staff to Set and Achieve Annual Business Goals Ongoing Practice Improvement Lead Conflict Resolution when Needed Benefits Oversee an Established and Growing Women's Health Private Practice Collaborate Directly with the Practice Owner 1 Practice Location Competitive Compensation, Negotiable based on Experience Medical/Dental Insurance Retirement Plan Paid-Time Off Requirements 2
years of Medical Practice Management Experience Bachelor's Degree in Administration or Business (Relevant experience will be considered as substitute for education) Preferred:
